1. The Agreement

By using Better Brand Digital services (operating Better Website™), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

2. What We Provide

• Custom website design and development (no cookie-cutter templates)
• Managed hosting included while payments are active
• Full SEO optimization and local business schema
• Mobile-responsive design
• SSL security certificate
• Blog-ready setup and localization support

3. Payment Plans & Options

• Pay in full upfront for best value
• Monthly payment plans available starting around $20/month
• No hidden fees—what you see is what you pay
• Cancel anytime by stopping payments (no penalties)
• Refunds handled case-by-case (we're reasonable people)

4. Ownership & Licensing

• During payment period: You are granted a license to use the website while payments are active
• After full payment: Complete ownership transfers to you—code, design, content, everything
• If you cancel early: The website is taken offline, but you don't owe anything more
• Once you own it: Host it anywhere, modify it, do whatever you want with it

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your payment plan at any time. Here's what happens:

• Simply stop making payments—no cancellation fee
• Your website will be taken offline within 30 days of missed payment
• You won't owe any future payments
• If you've already paid in full, you own everything and cancellation doesn't apply
• You can always come back later if you change your mind

6. Timeline

We aim for 5-7 business days for most projects. This depends on:

• How quickly you provide content and feedback
• Project complexity
• How many revision rounds we go through

We'll communicate clearly if anything changes.

7. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your business
• Supply content, images, and branding materials (or let us pull from your existing site)
• Respond to questions and review work in a timely manner
• Make sure you have rights to any content you provide

8. Hosting

Hosting is included as part of your service. Here's how it works:

• No separate hosting bill—it's included in your payment
• Your site stays live while payments are current
• Once paid in full, you can continue hosting with us or migrate anywhere
• We use enterprise-grade infrastructure (Cloudflare) for speed and security

9. Revisions & Updates

We want you to be happy with your site. Here's how revisions work:

• 10 revision rounds included during the pre-launch design phase
• We'll work with you during the project to get it right before it goes live
• Major scope changes (adding pages, features beyond original quote) may require additional cost
• Post-launch updates and changes are billed at $75/hour
• Minor bug fixes within 30 days of launch are included at no charge

10. Limitation of Liability

We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or issues caused by third-party services. We do our best, but websites depend on many factors outside our control.

11. Portfolio Rights

We may feature your completed website in our portfolio and marketing materials. If you prefer not to be featured, just let us know.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of our services means you accept the new terms.
